Our Registered Nurses (RNs) and License Practical Nurses (LPN) can provide more skilled and complex nursing services to patients when medically required. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Residential Nursing
(RN/LPN)
Residential nursing services are services prescribed by a physician and consist of continuous nursing care provided by registered or licensed practical nurses, for recipients who require ongoing nursing intervention in a licensed residential facility, group, or foster home.
A nursing assessment may be performed to determine the need for the service or to evaluate the recipient for care plan development.
Private Duty Nursing
(RN/LPN)
Private duty nursing services are prescribed by a physician and consist of individual, continuous nursing care provided by registered or licensed practical nurses. Nurses must provide private duty nursing services.
Our Caregivers are readily available to provide personal care and household management services that enable our clients to safely maintain their independence, sense of well-being, and security in their own homes.
To be eligible for this service, a recipient must require active nursing
interventions on an ongoing basis. This service is provided on a one-to-one basis to eligible recipients.
